Positive: Very hospitable host, perfect location, amazing view from the huge balcony
Negative: Met street cockroach which somehow got in and ruined the mood. Hard mattress. But for this price I'm the hot season it was worth it anyway

Positive: Location near the sea. One room had half sea view. They gave us one room for a few more hours to check out later.
Negative: Rooms were not so clean, and the hotel is old. From the bathrooms toilet seat were missing the plastic seat and plastic cover. The toilet seat was only 2 cm away from the shower. Shower is small. No parking around the area, and hotel parking spots width were so small, I hit the car on a side wall.
Summary: Decent and relative cheap hotel located near the sea, but don't expect much.

Positive: The hotel is a small old hotel in the center of Tolo. 4 minutes walking distance from the sea. My room had a nice balkony. The breakfast is basic but ok.

Positive: Good value for money with excellent location close to beach and shops, friendly staff, clean good size room with air con with some parking in street. Breakfast was basic but well presented and included cereal, eggs, cheese, ham, fresh bread, toast, cake, tea, coffee and fruit drink included in tariff.
Negative: Wi-fi was on and off periodically.
Summary: Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and very good value.
